"We purchased Fatman InfoSpace system. All our properties are stored in a single database and new development projects are added already at the planning stage. Profiles are following the process and necessary information can be added when it becomes available. Once a new development is finished it will already have a full profile in our system with facility, maintenance and facility reservations applications. The details of our customers are stored in the system and we can easily share and follow each account with our reservations, tendering, billing and accounting."

The Solution
We delivered Fatman InfoSpace system for Technopolis. The system includes facility management, maintenance system and facility reservations application. The System provides building life cycle planning, maintenance system, facility management, billing and accounting tools for Technopolis. Facility management, asset management and office applications are all integrated as a part of the solution. The system is internet based so its' accessibility is not related to the workplace, Fatman solution is fully exploiting the possibilities created by mobile internet devices. The System is used by Technopolis employees, service providers, tennats and other users of Technopolis facilities.
