Technical condition and risks discovered

Condition assessment will provide you with accurate information about your property. At your property the technical condition, building structures and all automation is examined and the findings reported to you, including the discovered underlaying risks.

LTP, Long Term Maintenance and Repairs Plan

LTP is included in the Fatman Condition Assessment, it is a practical tool for a property manager to maintain the value and good condition of their properties. LTP contains all planned and recommended maintenance and repair work at the property for defined time period, eg. next 5-20 years.
